- Phone interview with each qualified candidate to review your company, the open position, and their background to determine fit for the role.

4. Candidate Presentation

- Alongside the resume for each qualified candidate, you will receive notes highlighting must-haves and key competencies

5. Interview Support

- Support for scheduling candidate interviews with you and your team and debriefing with you after each round for feedback.

6. Offer & Hire Support

- Optional assistance with verbal offers and offer negotiations.
